Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-handle graphical user interface, you can create a new mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can forward email messages from one email box to another, configure e-mail filters, create auto-reply messages and protect your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can protect all your mail accounts against unsolicited bulk email messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable email messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your e-mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an e-mail message marked as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given e-mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming emails based on certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can quickly create an email filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other email boxes. Just select the email account you want to redirect emails from, then specify the destination email box and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your choice to access your email box accounts. Simply browse to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox account you would like to set up on your PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple e-mail box accounts simultaneously is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily set up an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to see and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to configure a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
